CaLee McManus

Known for her ability to manage a busy work schedule expertly, CaLee McManus has utilized her skills and expertise as a real estate agent with her firm, CaLee McManus Realty in Ladera Ranch, California since 2006. By age 18, she was already displaying the qualities of a leader, having already worked in a management position. She later served as the senior credit manager at Tech Data from 1988 to 1998. Prior to the start of her professional career, she pursued a formal education at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in business management with a minor in literature. Ms. McManus attributes much of her success to being open and receptive to change, and technology has been part of the reason for her success. She never stops learning and embracing new technology.

The founder of the Woman’s Group, Ms. McManus has volunteered with her local Parent Teacher Association and served as a neighborhood representative. Notably, she wrote and produced a TV show, “American Dream,” about the positive story behind real estate and lifestyle. Her video gets over 10,000 views, as opposed to regular social media posts. A Forbes market leader, Ms. McManus was named among the Top 100 in Real Estate, and received the Five Star Professional Award and the Woman of Distinction Award. Moving forward, she plans to continue growing her real estate business and adding more agents to the staff. She would also like to take on more projects in other areas as she gets older.
